QUOTATION FOR GROUP PERSONAL ACCIDENT COVERAGE

 

           Quotations are invited for Group Personal Accident (GPA) Coverage including additional benefits i.e. loss of limbs, loss of eyes, permanent partial disabilities, permanent total disabilities, for one year w.e.f. 26.02.2021 to 25.02.2022 for a sum of Rs.05.00 lakh per person for about 1352 volunteers on roll and 11 permanent employees of Home Guards department. The detailed information regarding insurance cover along with rates of premium to be paid by the department for the said purpose for one year must reach in the office of District Commandant Home Guards, Home Guards HQs building (top-floor), Near PS-17, Sector-17, UT, Chandigarh till 25.01.2021 at 03.00 P.M.
