• Tender documents for the above items can be obtained from websites.
• The Competent authority reserves all rights to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason.
• Tender Document of GMCH, after duly signed & stamped, along with original brochure of the manufacturer and EMD, in the shape of FDR /DD /Bankers Cheque/bank Guarantee, (separate for each item), must be submitted in physical form, in the office of Procurement Branch, Room No. 228, Block – D, first Floor, GMCH, Sector 32, Chandigarh on or before the dates as noted against each item by 1400 hours on any working day. Tenders without submission of EMD and Tender Document in physical form shall be rejected straightway.
• The tenders must be submitted online on or before the dates as noted against each item by 1400 hours. The bid guarantee and technical bid will be opened on due date at 1500 hours. No tender shall be accepted in physical form.
• Opening of Price Bid to be intimated to all the qualified bidders separately.
• The tenderer can approach the Computer Programmer-cum-Nodal Officer, e-tendering, GMCH-32, Chandigarh on any working day, in case any query/clarification regarding e-tendering process (Ph. No. 0172-2601023-27 Extn, 2112) or (Ph. No. 0172-2740641) of IT Dept., UT, Chandigarh.
