With the launch of this facility now  Banks can apply  online on sampark portal www.sampark.nic.in  for stamp papers for any denomination and can also pay online as this application is integrated with payment aggregator. After applying and making payment online designated  sampark centre will accept the request of requisition bank for issuance of stamp papers and will print stamp papers as per details provided by bank(s)  online.   Once the stamp papers will be printed the message will be sent to the requisition bank  to  collect the printed stamp papers from designated sampark centre between 11 am to 3 pm. This service is exclusively for the banks as they have huge requirements for high denomination Stamp papers for their banking process and had to spend lot of time at sampark centres for filling the form manually and making payment  and getting it printed which is not advisable during the COVID -19 pandemic.
Online application for issuance of e-Stamp Paper is available only for Banks (for Bulk purchase only). Except Bank no other organisations/institutes/companies/individual should use this online Application available in e-Sampark Portal for issuance of e-Stamp paper. Anybody except Bank if applied then it would be treated as violation and no e- Stamp would be issued and no payment would be refunded being automated process.

With this online service bank can give all the details of stamp paper and can make payment online without visiting sampark centre which will  be a great  convenience for the banks. This online service will curb the unnecessary rush at sampark centre and bank will only have to visit sampark centre once to collect the printed stamp papers.
During filling of Application Form it is advised to check all the details carefully before submission of the Application form online. Once submitted no correction can be done on submitted details and e-Stamp paper would be printed with the details submitted online and Sampark would not be responsible for any spelling mistake/wrong name entered during application form submission.
