Suprize check on Sweet Shops by Food Safety Officers

Chandigarh, 27th September 2019: A joint team of Food Safety Officers conducted a surprise check on sweet shops situated in Village Raipur Khurd and Village Behlana of Chandigarh today keeping  in view the upcoming festival season .

During this inspection two shops were challaned and samples of various sweet items and milk were also taken . The officials found some impure products during this surprise inspection as a result of which 40kgs of sweets were destroyed.
